Each competition or draw may include additional details such as entry routes, eligibility criteria, permitted entry limits, or prize descriptions, which will be outlined in the promotional material for that campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-eligibility\"><strong>1. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Competitions and prize draws are open to <strong>UK residents aged 18 or over<\/strong>, except employees of Purpl, associated brand partners, their close relatives, and anyone connected with the organisation or judging of the promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must be a <strong>verified Purpl member<\/strong> for your entry to be valid. Entrant eligibility will be checked before any prize is awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-entry\"><strong>2. Entry<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There is <strong>no entry fee<\/strong> and <strong>no purchase necessary<\/strong> to enter any Purpl competition or prize draw.<br>By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise stated, only <strong>one entry per person<\/strong> is permitted. However, some competitions may allow <strong>multiple entries<\/strong> \u2014 if so, this will be clearly stated in the promotional material for that competition or draw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>closing date<\/strong> for each competition will be specified in its individual details. No entries will be accepted after that date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpl accepts <strong>no responsibility<\/strong> for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-changes-and-cancellations\"><strong>3. Changes and Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpl reserves the right to <strong>cancel or amend<\/strong> any competition, prize draw, or these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any event beyond Purpl\u2019s reasonable control. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-prizes\"><strong>4. Prizes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prize details will be described in the specific competition or draw information.<br>Prizes are <strong>as stated<\/strong> and <strong>non-transferable<\/strong>. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.<br>Prizes are subject to availability, and Purpl reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of <strong>equal or greater value<\/strong> without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpl is <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-liability\"><strong>5. Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Promoter is not responsible for, and shall have no liability in connection with, events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) any delay, change, or cancellation of a prize or voucher;<br>b) any alteration to how a prize or voucher can be redeemed;<br>c) any issues relating to the allocation, delivery, or receipt of prizes or vouchers (for example, undelivered emails, spam filtering, or incorrect contact details);<br>d) the actions, omissions, or failures of any third-party suppliers, including Amazon or other partners involved in prize fulfilment; or<br>e) lost, stolen, or misused vouchers once issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Promoter reserves the right to <strong>refuse entry or withdraw a prize<\/strong> from any entrant who breaches these terms or is reasonably believed to have engaged in <strong>fraudulent or abusive activity<\/strong>, including (but not limited to) the use of <strong>fake details, duplicate accounts, or automated\/bot entries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-winner-selection-and-notification\"><strong>6. Winner Selection and Notification<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners will be chosen <strong>at random<\/strong> from all eligible entries received and verified by Purpl and\/or its agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners will be notified by <strong>email<\/strong> and\/or <strong>social media direct message<\/strong> within <strong>28 days<\/strong> of the closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within <strong>14 days<\/strong>, Purpl reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpl will confirm <strong>how and when<\/strong> each prize will be delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By entering, winners agree that their <strong>email and\/or postal address<\/strong> may be shared <strong>securely with the relevant brand partner<\/strong> solely for prize fulfilment purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-publicity-and-data-protection\"><strong>7. Publicity and Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners agree to the use of their <strong>first name and image<\/strong> in promotional materials if requested, and may be asked to provide a short quote or photo for use by Purpl in publicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All <strong>personal data<\/strong> will be processed in accordance with the <strong>UK GDPR<\/strong> and the <strong>Data Protection Act 2018<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data will <strong>only be shared<\/strong> with third parties where required for prize fulfilment and will not be used for marketing without explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where a competition or prize draw involves <strong>market research or survey responses<\/strong>, all answers will be used <strong>anonymously<\/strong> for reporting and insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any email addresses collected for the purpose of entering a prize draw will be used <strong>solely for winner verification and contact<\/strong>, then <strong>securely deleted once prizes have been issued and claimed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>winner\/s name<\/strong> will be available for <strong>28 days<\/strong> after the closing date by emailing <a>marketing@thepurplco.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-legal\"><strong>8.
