    1. About Purpl, the Website, App and These Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1.1 Who We Are<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of The Purpl Co Limited website, primarily purpldiscounts.com, any related Purpl websites, the Purpl mobile application and any other Purpl digital services that link to these Terms, together referred to as the \u201cServices\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Services are owned and operated by The Purpl Co Limited, referred to in these Terms as \u201cPurpl\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d or \u201cour\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Purpl Co Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. Our company number is 14553148. Our registered office is at 100 Church Street, Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom, BN1 1UJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.2 What Purpl Does<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Purpl is a disability discount programme that connects eligible Members with offers, discounts and promotions from selected brands and organisations, referred to in these Terms as \u201cSelling Partners\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As part of the Services, Purpl may identify your preferences and recommend offers, content and other services that we believe may interest you. We may also personalise your experience of the Services, including through third-party advertising, where permitted by law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To take advantage of an offer made available by a Selling Partner, you may need to visit the Selling Partner\u2019s website, app, platform or store, click through to the offer, use a discount code, follow a discounted link or complete another action set out in the offer terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.3 Users and Members<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When we refer to a \u201cUser\u201d or \u201cyou\u201d, we mean anyone viewing, accessing or using the Services for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Users can choose to become \u201cMembers\u201d by joining Purpl through the Website, app or other approved registration route, paying the applicable Subscription Fee and meeting Purpl\u2019s eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.4 Acceptance of These Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    By using the Services, including the Website or the Purpl app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.5 Changes to These Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Your continued use of the Services following any changes will be treated as your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Using the Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    2.1 Access to Offers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Services enable Users to access Sale Only Offers and Members to access Member Benefit Offers from Selling Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Users can become Members by joining through the Website, app or another approved registration route and paying for a Subscription, provided that they:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) are at least 16 years of age;
    (b) are a resident of the United Kingdom;
    (c) provide accurate and current information about themselves and their disability or long-term health condition; and
    (d) meet any other eligibility requirements set by Purpl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A parent, carer or guardian may register on behalf of someone else, provided they have permission to provide that person\u2019s information and upload or submit their disability documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please also refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.2 Becoming a Member<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    By clicking the \u201cJoin Purpl Today\u201d button, creating an account, paying for a Subscription, accessing Member Benefit Offers or otherwise becoming a Member, you represent to Purpl that you are eligible to use the Services and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These Terms and Conditions apply whether you access the Services through the Website, the Purpl app or any other Purpl digital service that links to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.3 Use of the Purpl App<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Where you access Purpl through the Purpl app, you are responsible for ensuring that your device, operating system and internet connection are suitable and up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We do not guarantee that the Purpl app will be compatible with all devices, operating systems or versions. From time to time, you may need to update the Purpl app in order to continue using some or all of the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.4 App Store Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Where you download the Purpl app through an app store, including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of that app store may also be subject to the app store provider\u2019s own terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Those terms are separate from these Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, policies or decisions of any third-party app store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.5 Offer Sharing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Members must not share, provide, display or otherwise make offers available to other people or organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This includes sharing offers, discount codes, discounted links or offer information on social networks, online forums, messaging apps, screenshots, screen recordings or any other platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This also includes offers shown on the Website or app, or sent to Members by email, push notification or other communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.6 Member-Only Promotions, Competitions, Prize Draws and Community Grants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Members must have an active annual Membership when entering and when winners or grant recipients are selected or drawn for the Purpl Community Grant Fund<\/a>, monthly savings prize draw<\/a> and member competitions, unless separate promotional terms expressly state otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If a Member\u2019s annual Membership has expired, lapsed, been cancelled, been refunded or been suspended before the relevant winner or recipient selection or draw date, Purpl may withdraw or invalidate the entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.7 Selling Partner Transactions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Any Member who uses a Selling Partner\u2019s offer may be redirected to that Selling Partner so the Member can take advantage of the offer, for example by making a purchase or entering into a transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Any decision to enter into a transaction is the sole responsibility of the Member. Members are advised to read the individual Selling Partner\u2019s terms and conditions before completing any transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.8 Responsibility for Transactions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    All transactions which take place after using the Services are completed directly with the applicable Selling Partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Selling Partner is responsible for the security, completion and fulfilment of that transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Members enter into a separate agreement with the Selling Partner. That agreement is separate from these Terms and Conditions and Purpl is not a party to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Payments for goods or services from Selling Partners are made directly to the Selling Partner, who will deal with all cancellations, refunds, returns, delivery issues, product issues or service issues relating to that transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Since we are not responsible for and are not a party to any transaction between a User, Member and Selling Partner, we do not have any legal obligations which apply to those Selling Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.9 Accuracy of Offers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We display offers as provided directly by Selling Partners and are not responsible for any errors, including where an offer is not working, out of date, unavailable, withdrawn or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Selling Partners can add, amend or withdraw their offers at any time and without giving Users or Members notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Transactions may be tracked using cookies or similar technologies. Please refer to our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.10 Offer Issues<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If an offer does not work, Members should contact support<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.11 Use of Offers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Offers cannot be applied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) unless you use the Website, app or relevant Purpl service and enter the correct offer or code at checkout, or follow the correct discounted link or offer instructions; or
    (b) retrospectively, after you have completed a transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.12 Limitation of Liability for Use of the Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    For the avoidance of doubt, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, incidental or consequential damage, economic loss, punitive or exemplary damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of reputation or goodwill, loss of business opportunity, loss of contract or any other loss arising from or connected with the Services or their use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This includes any loss arising out of negligence relating to, or in any way connected with, the Website, the app, the Services, Selling Partner offers or third-party websites, apps or services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the unlikely event that any User has any right, claim or action against us, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the User\u2019s claim will be limited to the sum of \u00a3100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.13 Suspension, Restriction or Termination of Accounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Without limiting any other remedies available to us, we may terminate, suspend or limit any use, registration, Membership or account at our absolute discretion, either with or without notice, particularly where we suspect that you have engaged, are about to engage, or have been involved in or linked to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) a breach of these Terms and Conditions;
    (b) misuse of the Services;
    (c) misuse or sharing of offers;
    (d) unauthorised account access;
    (e) fraud or attempted fraud;
    (f) security issues; or
    (g) any other conduct which we reasonably consider harmful to Purpl, our Members, Users, Selling Partners or the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If we do not act upon any breach immediately, you should not assume we have waived any rights to enforce these Terms or seek redress, unless we have expressly stated this in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.14 Indemnity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Each User agrees to indemnify and hold Purpl and its employees, officers, contractors and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and other expenses, including legal fees, whether known or unknown, arising from or connected with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) the User\u2019s breach of these Terms and Conditions;
    (b) the User\u2019s misuse of the Services;
    (c) the User\u2019s misuse or sharing of offers;
    (d) the User\u2019s breach of any applicable law; or
    (e) the User\u2019s use of the Website, app or Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Website, App and Service Supply<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    3.1 Access to the Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Full use of the Services and their contents will only be available to Members with a current Subscription who are signed in and meet any technical requirements needed to access the Website or app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are not registered, not signed in, disable cookies, disable required app permissions or use an unsupported device, operating system or browser, you may be able to view some parts of the Services but may not be able to fully participate or access all features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.2 Availability of the Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to supply the Services by ensuring they are available via the internet, the Website and\/or the app, we will not be responsible for any failure to provide the Services or for any unavailability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Services are provided on an \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cwhen available\u201d basis, with no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Time is not of the essence in relation to provision of the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, update or alter the Website, app, Services or their contents without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.3 Interruptions and Technical Issues<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We cannot guarantee that the Website, app or Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We will not be responsible for any interruption, loss or consequence arising from or connected with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) tampering or hacking;
    (b) browser crashes;
    (c) app crashes;
    (d) device issues;
    (e) connectivity issues;
    (f) data loss;
    (g) errors or omissions;
    (h) service outages;
    (i) maintenance;
    (j) updates; or
    (k) any other technical problem whilst using the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.4 Third-Party Websites, Apps and Platforms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Our Website and app may contain links to third-party websites, apps, platforms or services not maintained or controlled by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    While we choose Selling Partners carefully, we cannot be held liable for third-party websites, apps, platforms or services, nor any material displayed on or via them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.5 Viruses, Bugs and Technical Defects<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We do not make any warranty against electronic viruses, worms, malware, defects, bugs or any other technical problems which may occur in respect of viewing, downloading, installing or using the Website, app or Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by a failure to provide the Services or where a virus, defect, bug or other issue occurs as a result of any email, notification, attachment, document, download, app update or communication we send to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.6 Display and Device Differences<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We make every effort to ensure that anything displayed on our Website or app, including any content, is displayed as accurately as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for variations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For example, what you see, particularly in relation to colours, layouts, shapes and display settings, may depend on your monitor, device, browser, operating system, app version and settings. We cannot guarantee that display will be accurate on every device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.7 Selling Partner and Third-Party Materials<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Offers and advertisements on the Website or app may contain materials created and submitted by Selling Partners and other third parties. We accept no liability whatsoever in relation to those materials, including any issues that may arise from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.8 Suspension for Maintenance or Improvement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We reserve the right to suspend the Services where necessary, including but not limited to suspension for repair, maintenance, security, updates or improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.9 Push Notifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you choose to enable push notifications, we may send you notifications relating to your Membership, offers, account, renewals, service updates or other Purpl communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can manage push notifications through your device settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Some important service communications may still be sent by email or other means where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.10 App Updates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We may release updates to the Purpl app from time to time. These updates may include improvements, bug fixes, security updates, new features or changes to existing features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you do not install required updates, some parts of the app or Services may not work correctly or may no longer be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.11 Ending Use of the Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Users may stop using the Services without giving us prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Members who wish to cancel auto-renewal, manage their Membership or request a refund, where eligible, should use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Selling Partners must adhere to the terms of their individual agreement with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Offers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    4.1 Types of Offers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When using the Services, we define offers provided to Members as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) \u201cMember Benefit Offer\u201d means an offer and\/or discount available from a Selling Partner with a benefit to our Members, where the same offer and\/or discount is not available to the general public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (b) \u201cSale Only Offer\u201d means an offer and\/or discount available from a Selling Partner which is also made available to the general public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4.2 Member Benefit Offers and Sale Only Offers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In the course of promoting the goods and\/or services offered by Selling Partners to our Members, we advertise both Member Benefit Offers and Sale Only Offers on the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For the avoidance of doubt, Member Benefit Offers and Sale Only Offers have the meanings set out in clause 4.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Member Account and Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    5.1 Account Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Full use of the Services as a Member requires Users to open an account and complete the registration process by providing certain information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Each person may only register once and have one account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A Member\u2019s full use of the Services only becomes valid once we have approved registration and the Subscription Fee has been paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We reserve the right to lawfully refuse registration at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5.2 Account Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Members can access their account using a login code or magic link sent to their registered email address, or by using an approved third-party login provider such as Google, Facebook or Apple, where available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5.3 Account Security<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Members are responsible for keeping secure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) their registered email account;
    (b) any third-party login account used to access Purpl, including Google, Facebook or Apple;
    (c) any device used to access their Purpl account;
    (d) any login code or magic link sent to them; and
    (e) their Purpl account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Members must not share login codes, magic links or account access with anyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from a Member sharing access to their email account, login code, magic link, third-party login account, device or Purpl account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5.4 Account Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Members are responsible for making sure that their account information is correct and always up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Members must immediately let us know about any information changes, for example a change of email address, by logging into their account and making the changes on their profile page<\/a> via the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We may change registration or login requirements from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5.5 Account Access Issues<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If a Member cannot access their account, they should follow the login instructions on the Website or app, or contact support<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5.6 No Transfer of Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Members cannot transfer their registration, account, Membership or obligations to anyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Members must not allow anyone else to use their account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Members specifically confirm that they will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) notify us immediately of any unauthorised use, including any unauthorised use of their registration, Membership or account with the Services, or any other known or suspected breach of security; and
    (b) use their reasonable efforts to immediately stop any such misuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5.7 Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    For information about how we collect and use personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Subscription, Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    6.1 Subscription and Renewal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When applying for or renewing your Membership, you must have a current Subscription and current proof of disability or eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Subscription Fee may renew automatically monthly or annually, depending on the Membership plan selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Subscription Fee must be paid in order to have a current Subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We will notify you in advance of renewal and the amount that will be charged for renewing your Member status with Purpl, where required by law or where we choose to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6.2 Managing Your Membership<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You may manage your Membership, cancel auto-renewal and, if eligible, request a refund via the renewals<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you cancel auto-renewal, you will remain a Member of Purpl until your renewal date and will have access to Member Benefit Offers until that date, unless a refund is issued in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If a refund is issued, your Membership and access to Member Benefit Offers will end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6.3 Refunds for New Memberships<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you purchase a new monthly or annual Membership, you may cancel your Membership and request a full refund within 14 days of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will only be entitled to a full refund if you have not accessed a code or offer through Purpl, whether through the Website, the app or any other Purpl service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) viewing a code;
    (b) claiming a code;
    (c) accessing an offer; or
    (d) clicking the discounted link through the Get Offer button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By viewing or claiming your first code, accessing your first offer or clicking the discounted link through the Get Offer button during the 14-day period, whether through the Website, the app or any other Purpl service, you will be treated as having started using your Membership and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For monthly Memberships, this 14-day cooling-off period applies to the initial purchase only and does not restart on each monthly renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refund requests must be made through the renewals<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are eligible for a refund, the system will enable you to request it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6.4 Refunds for Annual Membership Renewals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If your annual Membership renews automatically, you may cancel that renewal and request a refund within 14 days of the renewal payment being taken from your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will only be entitled to a refund of your annual renewal payment if you have not accessed a code or offer through Purpl after the renewal payment was taken, whether through the Website, the app or any other Purpl service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) viewing a code;
    (b) claiming a code;
    (c) accessing an offer; or
    (d) clicking the discounted link through the Get Offer button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refund requests must be made through the renewals<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are eligible for a refund, the system will enable you to request it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6.5 When Refunds Are Not Available<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You will not be eligible for a refund if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (a) you have accessed a code or offer through Purpl, including viewing a code, claiming a code, accessing an offer or clicking the discounted link through the Get Offer button;
    (b) your monthly Membership has renewed after the initial 14-day cooling-off period;
    (c) you request a refund outside the relevant 14-day period;
    (d) your Membership has been suspended or cancelled because you have breached these Terms and Conditions; or
    (e) you are not otherwise eligible under these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6.6 Subscription Fee<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Subscription Fee shall be the amount shown at checkout for the Membership plan you select.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As at 12 May 2026, Purpl Memberships are available at \u00a31 per month paid annually and \u00a32 per month paid monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Purpl reserves the right to change the renewal price of the Subscription Fee at its sole discretion but will inform you of any change in price in advance together with the effective date of the change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6.7 Member-Only Promotions, Competitions, Prize Draws and Community Grants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Members must have an active annual Membership when entering and when winners or grant recipients are selected or drawn for the Purpl Community Grant Fund<\/a>, monthly savings prize draw<\/a> and member competitions, unless separate promotional terms expressly state otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If your annual Membership has expired, lapsed, been cancelled, been refunded or been suspended before the relevant winner or recipient selection or draw date, Purpl may withdraw or invalidate the entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Parental Supervision<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Parents, carers and guardians should supervise any children whom they allow to access the Services and accept responsibility for the child\u2019s use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Website, App Use and Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    8.1 Licence to Use the Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Use of the Website, app and Services is by licence only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Users acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other Intellectual Property Rights in the Website, app, Services and their content are owned by or licensed to us or otherwise used by us as allowed by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This includes, without limitation, Website and app design, text, graphics, icons, images, branding, features, functionality and all software and source codes connected with the Website, app or Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8.2 Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Users agree that the content made available as part of their use of the Website, app or Services is made available, on licence, for their personal, non-commercial use only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Users must not, and must not assist any other person or organisation to, download, copy, assign, transmit, publish, display, screenshot, screen record, use, reproduce, sell, distribute, store, modify or make derivative works of the Website, app, Services or any part of their content without our express permission in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This includes use of our name and any copyrighted or trademarked content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We give Members permission to download, copy and\/or print pages of the Website or app for personal, non-commercial home use only, for example to remember a Selling Partner\u2019s offer, provided this does not involve sharing offer codes, discounted links or Member Benefit Offers with anyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8.3 Intellectual Property Breaches<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Purpl cannot be liable for any breaches or infringements of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights by Users, Members, Selling Partners or other third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
