And every carer deserves support too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is Dementia Action Week?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organised by <strong>Alzheimer\u2019s Society<\/strong>, Dementia Action Week is about taking steps \u2013 big or small \u2013 to help improve the lives of people affected by dementia. That includes those living with it, their loved ones, carers, and local communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s theme? <strong>Diagnosis<\/strong>.
